海洋资源与权益综合管理学科依托中国海洋大学强大的海洋学科优势、国家海洋局独具的海洋管理专业优势，学科专业成立于2003年，设置于海洋科学一级学科下，属于海洋科学、管理学、法学、经济学等学科内容和现代科学技术交叉的新型交叉学科。学科的研究方向主要有：海洋资源与开发、海洋环境与影响、海洋战略与权益和海洋综合管理。
学科以整个海洋活动为研究对象，从海洋自然科学和海洋社会科学的关系入手，以国家海洋管理需求为目的，以科学、合理、协调和可持续发展的理念，进行现代海洋管理技术综合利用、海洋综合管理理论和模式、我国海洋战略发展规划的研究。
该学科具有较强的师资力量、鲜明的学科特色、强大的学科生命力以及良好的发展前景，承担了国家海洋管理的多项重要研究项目和海洋管理的应用研究项目，培养了一批海洋管理的高级人才。
Relying on the strength of marine disciplines in Ocean University of China and marine management expertise of the State Oceanic Administration, Integrated Management of Marine Resources, Rights and Interests was established in 2003 beneath the first class discipline Marine Science. It is a new interdisciplinary science consisting of marine science, management science, law, economics, and other modern science and technology. The primary research directions include marine resources and development, marine environment and impacts, marine strategies and rights and interests, and integrated marine management.
Taking all the oceanic activities as the study subjects, this discipline is designed to conduct research in terms of the integrated utilization of modern marine management technologies, theories and models of integrated marine management, and marine strategic development plans in China. Starting from the relationship between marine natural science and marine social science, all the research follows the idea of scientific, reasonable, coordinated and sustainable development, which is in accordance with the requirements of national marine management.
With a strong faculty, a distinct feature, an enormous vitality and a positive prospect, this discipline undertakes many important fundamental and applicable research projects related to marine management at a national level. It also trains a number of senior talents in marine management.
培养目标
培养具有宽泛、坚实的海洋科学和管理科学的基础知识与专业知识，熟悉国内外海洋管理和海洋管理研究的现状及动态，掌握海洋及其管理的相关信息的搜集、处理和分析技术，能够独立胜任海洋管理及其研究和教学的工作，能够独立进行海洋管理的技术和理论等内容的应用研究和战略研究的高级专门人才。
招生对象
身体健康，遵纪守法，具有较好社交能力、深造潜力和海洋科学或海洋管理背景，取得硕士学位或同等学历的应届或往届硕士毕业生，推荐免试直接攻博或通过入学考试被录取的研究生。
